Home sweet home...
We worked on the house all weekend. Thanks to a ton of help from our families, we were able to get both garage doors up and some of the windows done. My dad hauled away most of the tree limbs and the old garage doors. It's starting to shape up nicely, but there's still plenty to be done.
This week, I should be able to finish the supports in the upstairs basement, and maybe start on the window wells. Heather has been working diligently on the window replacing/reglazing. If I can get the window wells in soon, she can work on the basement windows while I work on the 2nd floor windows.
There's still some bushes/shrubs that need removed and/or trimmed, and the roofer is taking a little longer than we had hoped. The gutter people are supposed to be there this Thursday, and the roofer only has one side of the garage done. Plus, it might rain tonight...
